(Comic Relief funded)
A two-day workshop for management committee/board
members, co-ordinators and senior caregivers
took place in November 2002 for projects on
the East Rand.
A three-day workshop for management committee/board
members, co-ordinators and senior caregivers
took place in October 2003 in Nhlazatshe projects
in the Albert Luthuli municipality in Mpumalanga.
A three-day workshop for management committee/board
members, co-ordinators and senior caregivers
took place in October 2004 in Dundonald projects
in the Albert Luthuli municipality in Mpumalanga.
A three-day workshop for management committee

was conducted from 16 - 18 November 2005 in
Elukwatini for 14 projects.

Caregivers was conducted from 20 – 22
November 2005 in Dundonald for 3 projects.
The Diocese is in the process of appointing
two fieldworkers – one in the area above
the N17 and one in the area below the N17 in
the Albert Luthuli Municipality to mentor and
support the 30 projects which have been established
in the area around the Swaziland border. Comic
Relief funding has made these appointments possible.
